What did my alma mater teach me?
Alma mater, you taught me to grow up! That year, like many other fresh graduates, I came to the cradle of my life-Liaoning University of Science and Technology with a big luggage, a childish face and infinite yearning in my heart. Seeing the beautiful teaching building and warm dormitory, I was warmly received by instructors, teachers and seniors, and deeply felt that this would be the place where my dream began. Time flies like a blink of an eye. In a blink of an eye, I have grown from that immature freshman to an "old" senior. Three years has brought me not only the growth of my age, but also the wealth that can benefit me for life and the proper character of being a man. Soon after we entered the campus, we had formal military training and received enthusiastic entrance education. After strict military training and entrance education, I deeply feel that the university is a good place for me to hone myself and accumulate capital. My first education in college was to be a disciplined person. The military training at the beginning of school not only cultivated the appearance of our soldiers, such as standing in the military posture and walking in the square, but more importantly, taught us to be an organized and disciplined college student. "Without rules, there is no Fiona Fang". Only with good discipline, it is possible to face any complicated problems in an orderly way, so as to do everything at hand well. For example, this incident made me understand that being a man must persist and strive for perfection. "If you don't accumulate steps, if you don't accumulate steps, you can't become a river." Only by starting from peacetime and taking small things seriously can we shoulder great responsibilities in the future. Our classmates sitting in the same room all come from all corners of the country. Once the top students and ability students in our class, in this new environment, they have also become opponents standing on the same starting line. Therefore, only those who have a clear plan for their future and know how to stick to it can succeed. Yes, everything here is fresh and fair to anyone, and opportunities and success often belong to those who know how to really pay. I also learned that I should have 100% enthusiasm for what I am going to do. Whether we are willing to do something or not, since we have made a choice, we must pay absolute enthusiasm for it. Yes, since there is an opportunity, don't miss it. You should actively accomplish it in the spirit of "newborn calves are not afraid of tigers". We can take part in all these things, such as the election of members of the school, the competition of broadcasters in radio stations, the English competition held by the department and so on, because we have a positive attitude and upward motivation. Some people say that if you do it, you may only have a one percent chance of success, and if you don't do it, you will accomplish nothing. At the same time, I learned to accept failure. Yes, we are enthusiastic and have made enough efforts. However, "there are days behind us, and there are people outside us", and sometimes our efforts are not fully rewarded, which greatly hurts our self-esteem and self-confidence. Then, learn to accept and accept failure. Success may be a good thing, but failure is never a bad thing. Besides, I learned to be sincere to others and cherish what I have now. The parents of the former students can call her "brothers all over the world". In a conversation, menstruation told me that no matter how complicated the society is and how unpredictable people's hearts are, we should learn to trust others and learn to "exchange hearts for hearts". Yes, if our eyes are only dark and melancholy, then we will never see the sun. Be kind to others and they will be kind to you. Cherish the people and things around us, cherish our affection and friendship, and cherish the youth and vitality that we can strive for the future! Three years ago, I was just a little girl, careless, impulsive and always complaining. After three years of college life and baptism, I can stand up confidently and say, yes, I have grown up and matured. And all this is due to my dear alma mater. It was she who gave us the opportunity to become a talent, taught me to seek knowledge, inspired me to forge ahead, cultivated my sentiment, perfected my character, and taught me to be independent, friendly and strong. I love my alma mater! Whether it is an old campus full of warmth and joy, or a new campus full of vitality and hope now. I love everything my alma mater has brought me. Although the learning environment here is not one of the best, although some places here are not perfect, I still love her, because this is the place where my dream began.
