What if I move out of college and graduate?
Legal Analysis: Graduates whose registered permanent residence has been moved to the school can move their registered permanent residence to the place where their unit is located, or move back to their original place, or move into the talent center to join the collective household, and then they can go through the formalities of moving to registered permanent residence after obtaining the registration card and returning to their original place or unit for registration. If you don't move into the school, you can return to the student's residence with the "Registration Certificate", move into the place where the unit is located, and move into the talent center to join the collective household, or you can not move in. There are also some graduates who want to go abroad (leave the country) and do not take part in employment. They should contact the local talent market or other places to receive their accounts and files, sign an agreement to get a registration card, go through the transfer procedures at the relevant police station where their accounts are located, and go through the file transfer procedures at the college. Students are responsible for the handover procedures of registered permanent residence and files.
