1, Shandong University of Arts and Crafts
Shandong Institute of Arts and Crafts, located in Jinan, Shandong Province, was founded in 1973. It has two campuses, Qianfo Mountain and Changqing, and two national production and education integration bases, Qingdao and Zibo. It is the only design university among independent public art colleges in China.
The school attaches great importance to discipline construction. The discipline arrangement involves four disciplines, namely, art, literature, engineering and management, 12 first-class discipline, and 34 undergraduate majors. A discipline layout featuring design as the leading factor, art as the foundation, related disciplines as the support, and traditional arts and crafts is constructed. Design is a high-level discipline "peak discipline" construction discipline in Shandong Province.
2. Shandong University Weihai Campus
Shandong University is a key comprehensive university directly under the Ministry of Education, with a long history, complete disciplines, strong academic strength and distinctive school-running characteristics. It is a world-class university construction university (Class A).
There are 12 colleges and 1 teaching department in the campus, covering eight disciplines such as arts, law, economics, management, science, engineering and medicine. There are 37 undergraduate enrollment majors, which can recruit 24 first-level master students, 18 first-level doctoral students and 17 first-level doctoral students.
3. Jinan University
The school was founded on 1948. Since its founding more than 70 years ago, the school has kept in mind the motto of "Hony, erudite, realistic and perfect", inherited the school spirit of "diligence, preciseness, unity and innovation" and carried forward the spirit of "struggle, cohesion and pursuit of Excellence", and trained a large number of outstanding talents for national construction and economic and social development, with a total number of nearly 350,000 people.
Shandong Province has five high-level disciplines (including 1 peak discipline, three dominant disciplines and 1 high-level cultivation discipline), four provincial-level construction disciplines, 1 provincial-level cultivation and construction disciplines and1four provincial key disciplines. Seven disciplines entered the top of ESI global ranking 1%, and nine disciplines entered the world-class discipline ranking of soft science.
