Henan Polytechnic University is a famous school. The school has three campuses: South Campus (No.2001Century Road, Jiaozuo City), North Campus (No.65438 Jiefang Middle Road, Jiaozuo City +042) and West Campus (No.55 Jianshe West Road, Jiaozuo City), covering an area of 4 100 mu and a building area of14,000 square meters.

The school has 22 teaching colleges, international education colleges and continuing education colleges (safety technology training centers); 8 1 undergraduate major, covering 9 disciplines of engineering, science, management, economics, law, literature, teaching, art and medicine, and enrolling students nationwide. There are nearly 40,000 full-time undergraduates, more than 4,500 graduate students and 285 international students from 27 countries. It has established friendly and cooperative relations with nearly 80 universities and scientific research institutions in more than 30 countries and regions.
