There is no professional official ranking in China. Moreover, many colleges and universities do not offer special actuarial majors, and most of them set actuarial directions under statistics.

Judging from the evaluation of the first-class discipline of applied economics, which belongs to actuarial specialty, the best subjects are Central University of Finance and Economics, People's Congress and Peking University, and Fudan University and Nankai University also rank well. Combined with the development of actuarial education in China, actuarial science is more prominent in these universities.

According to the first batch of actuaries from universities in China, 75% of them are from Central University of Finance and Economics. The other two universities that train more actuaries are Nankai University and Fudan University. Among them, Central University of Finance and Economics is regarded as the representative institution of actuarial education in Britain, while Nankai University is the representative of actuarial system in North America.
