Yunnan Open University, sponsored by the Yunnan Provincial People's Government and headed by the Yunnan Provincial Department of Education, is a provincial public new-type undergraduate college supported by information technology, insisting on paying equal attention to academic education and non-academic education, and carrying out lifelong education for all members of society in an open education mode.
