Luton Bedford is a fork town (the streets are full of cheffs &; Paki), the advantage is that it is close to London (25 -50 minutes by train from Luton) and cheap (300-500 yuan can eat and live in January); Glasgow has never been to distant Scotland, which should be good for the city. Don't expect the quality of teaching in these schools.
