First, reconfirm the relationship between teachers and students and establish online classes.

This semester, due to the transfer of the original academic tutor, I can't continue to be a 20xx academic tutor. The leading group of academic tutors in our college specially held a working meeting to discuss and adjust the candidates of academic tutors in the class. Finally, according to the actual situation of the class and the personal wishes of academic tutors, teachers with strong sense of responsibility and ability were selected from professional teachers as 20xx academic tutors. And determine the relationship between teachers and students before March 20, and complete the establishment of online classes.

Second, organize the daily work of academic tutors.

The college held a meeting of academic tutors in the whole hospital, and the competent leaders of the college personally arranged the main points of academic tutors' work this semester to further clarify the responsibilities of academic tutors. Focus on students' studies and work related to their studies, help freshmen understand the professional characteristics and the school credit system, clarify their learning objectives, and guide students to participate in relevant academic and scientific research activities in a targeted manner. Cooperate with students' ideological and political education. Strengthen freshmen's entrance education, educate and guide students to establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life, values and outlook on honor and disgrace, form good moral norms and codes of conduct, cultivate students' healthy and upward personality, learn to live in harmony with people and society, improve students' ability to adapt to the environment and integrate into society, and promote students' overall success.

2. Establish and improve working files. 20xx academic tutors shall establish work files in time, including work plans, work summaries, work meeting minutes and other work flow materials of academic tutors. The Questionnaire on Teaching Style and Learning Style of School of Government Administration was formulated to solicit the opinions and suggestions of teachers and students, and to prepare preliminary data for the next step of adjusting the implementation method of student academic tutor/class tutor in School of Government Administration of Heilongjiang University.

Third, the characteristic work of the college

First, academic tutors guide students' professional learning in various forms, cooperate with counselors, go deep into students' classes, understand students' characteristics, help students make personal study plans, define learning objectives, give special guidance to students through project research, and give one-on-one classified guidance to students according to project tasks and graduation thesis pressure.

Second, academic tutors choose professional introductory books for the classes they guide, carry out knowledge and practice reading activities, guide learning and organize discussions. At present, this activity has covered six majors in the hospital, with more than a thousand students participating.

The third is to continue to promote the three-dimensional undergraduate academic guidance mechanism.
