Examples of college students' reading reports In the era of increasingly fierce knowledge renewal, it is a powerful measure to attach importance to people's re-education and lifelong education in the face of the new situation. Receiving education is not only a means of self-improvement, but also an example of demonstration and encouragement.
When I picked up the "fifth subject" strongly recommended by the school, I looked at those circuitous circuit diagrams and those technical terms, some of which were difficult to understand, others could not understand. It's strange how it can be listed as an American bestseller for three years in a row. But I think there must be a reason for the gold medal list, and the recommendation of the school must be very reasonable. When I picked up this book again, I forced myself to read it with the feeling of reading novels and essays. It really works. It seems that attitude really determines everything! Slowly, I get it. Oh, it really feels like the author Peter and Dr. Senji are sitting in front of me. I sat like a pupil, listening to his heartfelt words and watching him open a window for me to see the world again. Those classic examples, those wise words, those meaningful stories, and those charts that I am still not interested in are all inspiring me to think.
The fifth discipline, five disciplines are divided into: self-transcendence, improving mental model, establishing common vision, group learning and systematic thinking. ? Self-transcendence? It is a mirror, constantly reflecting the personal influence on the surroundings; ? Improve the mental model? Focus on recognizing our cognitive deficiencies in an open way; ? Establish a * * * vision? Cultivate members' long-term commitment to the group; ? Group study? It is a technology to develop group strength so that group strength exceeds the sum of individual strength; ? Systematic thinking? Extremely pragmatic, it can make us understand the distance from the real world, and its essence is to observe things around us from a holistic point of view. The highest level of integrating the five disciplines is to establish the organizational model of learning enterprises, in which systematic thinking is the core and the driving force and main force to eliminate mental retardation in learning enterprises.
Read Peter? After Sanjay's fifth practice, he had a preliminary understanding of "learning organization":
First of all, the establishment of a learning organization must be independent and voluntary.
This is very important. Only when we have this urgent need can it be effective. If it is the instructions and requirements of superiors, it is a passive and coping work concept; At the same time, we must not follow the fashion, otherwise it will only be formalism. Therefore, initiative and urgency are related to the success or failure of creation. Only from the heart, out of love for the cause, will it be effective. Creating a learning organization is to build the future for the cause.
Second, there is no template, no model and no map to create a learning organization.
In my creative practice, I realized that my understanding was wrong. In fact, nothing in the world is universally applicable. But (website), we are used to having a "model" for everything, emphasizing a set of methods and ways, which can be used when we get it. Now, this in itself does not conform to the theory of learning organization. The specific situation of each institution is different, and the starting point of creation will be different. We emphasize differentiation and personalization. The standards we reach are constantly changing, which requires you to set them constantly. Only in this way can we achieve real self-transcendence.
Thirdly, establishing a learning organization is a systematic project.
Maybe we don't know what a learning organization is, but we must find out what a learning organization is. Learning organization is not an activity, we must understand that it is sustainable and endless. This is in line with the school's "second curve theory". Only in this way can the internal changes of the organization be ahead of the external changes, and the organization can be guaranteed to have enough vitality, maintain its core competitive advantage, and achieve sustainable management. Now that we have found it,
Fourth, expanding the organization's ability to create the future and ensuring the continuous growth of the learning ability required by the organization requires the wholehearted input of all members. Because we have little research on the theoretical basis of the past, we need to make up this lesson according to the requirements of the current market, so as to change our study, change our management and improve our performance.
In this book, I also like a short story about a boiled frog: If you put a frog in boiling water, it will jump out at once. But if you put the frog in warm water without scaring it, it will stay still. Now if you heat it slowly, when the temperature rises from 70 degrees Fahrenheit to 80 degrees Fahrenheit, the frog still looks as if nothing happened. Even had a good time. Sadly, when the temperature rises slowly, the frog will become weaker and weaker and finally unable to move. Although nothing can limit it from getting out of trouble, the frog stayed there until it was cooked. Why is this happening? Because the organs that perceive the threat of survival in frogs can only perceive the drastic changes in the environment, but can't perceive the slow and gradual changes.
Dynamic complexity is mostly in the process of slow gradual change, which is extremely difficult to detect. Even if you notice, it's too late. In life, think about it, the water quality suddenly deteriorated? Traffic jam suddenly? Sudden deterioration of health? The child suddenly went bad? Therefore, we should learn to see the slow and gradual process, slow down the pace of our cognitive changes, pay special attention to those subtle and unusual changes, and avoid the fate of boiled frogs.
Another impressive thing is that when reading the fifth chapter, there is an example: in school, teachers' views on students will affect that student's behavior. Jenny is shy, and her grades in the first semester of the new school are particularly poor (because her parents have a bad relationship). Jenny's teacher thinks she is lazy. In the next semester, the teacher paid less attention to Jenny, so her grades were worse and her personality shrank. Over time, Jenny fell into a whirlpool of deterioration and retreat. After being labeled as not studying hard by the teacher, she became more closed. As a result, students who are considered talented by teachers get more attention; And students who are regarded as low ability, because of strengthening feedback, their grades are even worse. Finally evolved into? The worse the poor, the better the excellent? . I think teachers should treat students fairly and should not judge a student unilaterally.
Through reading, we can see several potential great sources of strength in individuals and organizations-they are the most fundamental and lasting, but they are the least obvious. When you master these powers, your living space will become very large, you can become a person who focuses on what you really want to do, and you can become a member of an excellent group. In this group, a group of people work together in an unusual way, trust each other, learn from each other's strengths, go all out for the same big goal, and create amazing results.
