Notice of Yanbian People's Government on Traffic Control on Torch Relay Day

According to BOCOG's deployment and requirements, the Olympic torch relay will be held in Yanji on July 6th, 2006. In order to ensure the absolute safety of the Olympic torch relay and ensure the necessary traffic needs of the people, the Yanbian Prefecture People's Government decided to implement road traffic control on the torch relay route and some areas in Yanji.

1.On July 16, the following sections and areas in Yanji urban area were closed for management according to time periods, and all vehicles and pedestrians were prohibited from passing (buses and long-distance buses passing through closed areas bypassed other sections).

Road closure time:

1, Railway Station Square: All motor vehicles are prohibited from parking (4: 00 to 6: 30).

2. Railway Station Square-Zhanqian Street-Yan Xi Bridge-Binhe Road-Juzi Street-Youyi Road-Baishan Building (5:30-7:00)

3. Outer Ring Road: Yansangong Road Overpass-Changbai Mountain Road (8: 30 to 12: 30)

4. Park Road: Yanji Street-Yansangong Road Overpass (7: 00 to 1 1: 00)

5. Binhe Road: Taiping Street-Outer Ring Road (7: 00 to 13: 00)

6. Tianchi Road: Zhanqian Street-Outer Ring (8: 30 to 13: 00)

7. Changbai Mountain Road: Zhanqian Street-Outer Ring Road (8: 30 to 13: 00)

8. Zhanqian Street: Changbai Mountain Road-Park Road (7: 00 to 1 1: 00)

9. Xishan Street: Lingyuan Road-Park Road (7: 00 to 1 1: 00)

Youyi Road 10: Huandao Newspaper Office-Jin Xue Street (7: 00 to 13: 00)

Specific enclosed area:

Hebei area: Binhe Road (west of Taiping Street to the outer ring), Youyi Road (east of Jin Xue Street to the west of Guangming Street) and Juzi Street (south of Fengshou Hutong to Binhe Road).

Park area: west of Yanji Street, east of Outer Ring Road (including Outer Ring Road), south of Lingyuan Road and north of Binhe Road (including Binhe Road).

Henan area: west of Zhanqian Street, east of Outer Ring (including Zhanqian Street and Outer Ring), and north of Changbai Mountain Road to Heba (including Changbai Mountain Road).

2. From 8: 00 to 12: 30 on July 6, large trucks, minivans, vehicles transporting inflammable and explosive dangerous goods, chemical vehicles, electric tricycles, agricultural vehicles, tractors and motorcycles are prohibited from entering Yanji city, and the above-mentioned vehicles that have been driving in Yanji city are prohibited from driving on the road from 8: 00 to 13: 00. Police cars, fire engines, ambulances, engineering rescue vehicles, special vehicles for the disabled, vehicles for transporting vegetables, fruits, meat, eggs, poultry and livestock, taxis, long-distance buses, small vehicles, wedding vehicles and funeral vehicles may enter Yanji urban area with the permission of the police on duty (except the time and sections of traffic control).

Bypass route: Vehicles traveling from Helong and Longjing to Antu will enter National Highway 302 via Longtai Line (Longjing-Sanfengdong-Chaoyangchuan); Vehicles from Helong and Longjing to and from Wangqing and Tumen bypass Tumen via Longkai Line (Longjing-Dongsheng-Yueqing Township-National Defense Highway). Vehicles from Antu and Dunhua to Tumen, Wangqing and Hunchun will enter the northern section of the outer ring road via Wang 'an Line or Yansan Highway (Chaoyangchuan-Taiyang-Yansan Highway).

1, Longyan Highway: (Helong, Longjing-Yanji) Yanji Toll Station

2.302 National Highway: (Antu-Yanji) Chaoyangchuan Toll Station

3.302 National Highway: (Hunchun, Tumen, Wangqing-Yanji) Intersection of Zhu Min Overpass and National Highway 302 of Yansan Highway in Yanji City.

4. Yansan Highway: (Antu-Yanji) Yanji Yansan Highway Democratic Overpass.

Take flight CZ6343 (Yanji → Changchun → Guangzhou, departure time: 9: 25) and flight CZ6073 (Yanji → Incheon, South Korea, departure time: 10: 00 sharp) and flight KE826 (Yanji departure time: 12: 55) and take flight CZ655/. Take-off time: 14: 00 sharp) and passengers of flight KE825 (Incheon →) can choose Yanji-Longjing-Sanfengdong-Chaoyangchuan-Airport route or Yanji-Outer Ring-Yansan Highway-Chaoyangchuan-Airport route. Passengers who go directly to the airport will be sent to the airport by bus after checking their tickets and passports in front of the original rice transplanter factory on Changbai Mountain Road, and off-duty personnel are prohibited from going.

Four, control time and no parking area; The adjustment of the running routes of public transport vehicles and long-distance vehicles shall be announced to the public by the public transport management department.

Residents, enterprises, institutions, institutions, schools, troops, public places, and staff members entering and leaving the traffic control area should arrange their travel time in advance to avoid entering and leaving during the traffic control time, so as not to affect your normal life and work.
