Xi' an colleges and universities will restore normal education and teaching order in an orderly manner, and strictly implement the requirements of normalized epidemic prevention and control.

In Lintong District and Xixian New Area, the local epidemic situation headquarters will carefully decide to resume classes according to the regional epidemic situation. The education departments of all districts, counties and development zones should guide schools to co-ordinate the resumption of classes in epidemic prevention and control, campus safety, education and teaching. Schools should strictly implement the main responsibility of epidemic prevention and control, refine the back-to-school plan and emergency plan, and inform students and parents of the conditions and related requirements for resuming classes in various ways.
