(1) Qualification examination
The human resources department will examine the qualifications of candidates according to the recruitment conditions.

The written test and departmental interview scores are included in the preliminary test scores with a weight of 60% and 40%.
The time and place of written examination and departmental interview will be notified separately.

According to the initial test results from high to low, the candidates for re-examination are determined according to the ratio of 1:3.
For positions that do not reach 1:3, the actual number of people whose scores are not lower than the qualified line will participate in the re-examination.

Applicants who have objections to the preliminary test results should apply to the Human Resources Department for review within three days after the results are announced.
(3) Second interview
The second interview will be conducted at 100, and the candidates will be assessed by the interviewers in the hospital.

The results of the initial test and the second test are included in the comprehensive score according to the weight of 40% and 60%.
(4) Physical examination and publicity
According to the comprehensive score ranking, the candidates for physical examination are determined according to the ratio of 1: 1, and the physical examination standard refers to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial).
If there are vacancies in each recruitment position, the employing department and the hospital will decide whether to postpone it.
Approved by the president's office meeting and the hospital party committee, the candidates who passed the examination and physical examination will be publicized in official website for seven working days.
If there is no objection to the publicity, the entry formalities shall be handled in accordance with relevant regulations.
Processing of intransitive verbs
The staff to be admitted to the hospital shall be treated according to the relevant regulations of Beijing and the hospital.
