Shanghai University Graduate Employment Agreement

Article 1 These Provisions are formulated to standardize the operation process of the Employment Agreement for Graduates of Shanghai University (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement), ensure the validity of the Agreement and the legitimate rights of graduates, and safeguard the reputation of the university.

Article 2 These Provisions include: provisions on normal procedures such as the issuance, acceptance, signing and verification of agreements, and provisions on handling special circumstances such as breach of contract, invalidity and loss.

Article 3 Publication, collection and preservation of employment agreements

1. According to the list of fresh graduates reported by the College (except the extended academic system, on-the-job commissions and graduate students directly under the jurisdiction of the College), the College uniformly collates and arranges the graduate database, and uniformly assigns the employment agreement number. The College issues employment agreements for graduates in strict accordance with the principle of one-to-one correspondence.

2. The teacher in charge of college employment uniformly signs the employment agreement of college graduates, as well as the form corresponding to the student number and agreement number. The agreement has legal effect and must be kept by the college before the students receive the agreement.

3. The college issues employment agreements in a unified way, and graduates personally check their student numbers and agreement numbers and sign for them. Each graduate has only one agreement, which shall not be lost or exchanged. This agreement has legal effect, and students must keep it properly after receiving it.

4. Agreement * * * in quadruplicate, with copy of employer (white), copy of student (red), copy of visa registration unit (blue) and copy of reference (yellow).

5. If there are graduates, they fail to pass the first, second and third inspections of the school; Go abroad; If a graduate student is admitted in one of these three situations, the college teacher should take back the student's agreement in time, return it to the school for enrollment, and handle the database in a unified way.

Article 4 Signing of the Agreement

1. Employers and graduates follow the principles of voluntariness, equality, legality, honesty and credibility.

2. This agreement shall come into effect after being signed and sealed by both the unit and the graduates, until both parties sign a labor contract (employment contract) or both parties agree to terminate the agreement (the unit issues a written certificate to terminate the agreement).

3. If the information of Party A and Party B is filled in, it shall not be omitted:

1) Party A's information: In addition to the company's name, nature, telephone number, address and postal code, the company's organization code and information registration number should also be accurately filled in. If there is no information registration number, it should be handled in time; The receipt of files is decided by the unit. If the unit has the authority to keep files, it will be sent directly to the unit. Without authority, it can be kept by the talent market, the employment guidance center for college graduates, the street where the household registration is located, and the district and county employment agencies.

2) Party B's information: In addition to personal information, the province (such as Jiangsu) or municipality directly under the Central Government (such as Shanghai) should be filled in as the place of origin. Pay attention to when filling in the settlement address and settlement at the police station:

A. General graduates (graduates whose registered permanent residence has not moved into the school from the original registered permanent residence) fill in the current registered permanent residence and the address of the corresponding police station.

B. Graduates with household registration who want to settle in the domicile of their relatives in Shanghai shall obtain the consent of their relatives and the local police station, and fill in the domicile of their relatives and the address of the corresponding police station. (Non-Shanghai students are handled according to the settlement policy stipulated by the Municipal Education Commission)

C. If suburban graduates need to settle in the location of the receiving unit or collective account designated by the unit, fill in the address of the unit or the location of the collective account of the receiving unit and the corresponding police station. 3) In principle, the agreed liquidated damages shall be capped at the first month's salary upon formal employment.

Article 5 Verification of Employment Agreement

1. After the graduates sign the employment agreement with the employer, they will go to the college to issue the Appraisal Opinion of Graduate Employment Department (except graduates who have obtained graduation certificates).

2. Log on to the website and fill in the electronic employment agreement.

The employment agreement number and student ID number should be consistent with the information in the online electronic version of the employment agreement. Please refer to "Introduction to the Website of Career Guidance Center of Shanghai University" for the specific functions and operation methods of the website.

3. Graduates hold a complete quadruple agreement and the "Preliminary Appraisal Opinions of Graduate Employment Department" issued by the college (except graduates who have obtained graduation certificates) to go through the appraisal procedures at the school enrollment office.

4. After signing the agreement with the unit, the graduates must come to check within ten working days. If the time limit is exceeded, the situation must be explained, which shall not be used as a reason for breach of contract; After passing the certification, the "Employer's Joint" will be sent to the employer for safekeeping, the "Student's Joint" will be kept by the students themselves, and the "Certification Unit's Joint" will be kept by the school.

5. Graduates can modify the content of the agreement at any time before verification, but cannot modify it after verification. Graduates should carefully check the contents of the agreement when logging in online, and apply for revision in time if there are any mistakes, otherwise the mistakes in the registration card will affect the students' reporting to the unit. After the agreement is authenticated, secondary authentication is not allowed, and students can query their agreement record information in the employment plan database at any time.

Article 6 Entrust others to verify the employment agreement.

The client needs to bring his valid certificate and relevant proof of the client's identity to the recruitment office for verification. The procedure is the same as article 5.

Article 7 breach of agreement

1. The Employer's breach of contract: it shall be handled according to the original legal effect of the agreement.

2. Graduates' breach of contract: it shall be handled according to the legal effect of the original agreement.

3. Graduates and units negotiate to terminate the agreement.

Graduates bring the original employer's certificate of termination of the agreement and the signed agreement in quadruplicate, go to the school to apply for a new agreement (pay the agreement fee), and change the agreement number online. Re-sign the employment agreement.

Article 8 The employment agreement is invalid.

Due to defacement or damage, you can bring the original agreement in quadruplicate to the recruitment office to apply for a new agreement (pay the agreement cost) and change the agreement number online. Re-sign the employment agreement.

Article 9 The employment agreement is lost

If the agreement is lost for any reason and needs to be re-applied, a statement should be written (to ensure that no agreement has been signed with any unit) and used as the basis for students' integrity. Then, change the agreement number online and sign the employment agreement.

Article 10 Validity of the Agreement

The agreement can be used for two years after graduation.

Eleventh registration card or notice of employment in Shanghai (non-Shanghai students stay in Shanghai for employment, the same below) print.

1. Before each batch of graduates leave school, the school will uniformly print the registration card or the Shanghai Employment Notice. The data of the registration card or employment notice in Shanghai shall be subject to the deadline for agreement verification announced by the Employment Network Center.

2. If the graduates verify the agreement after handling the registration card at the school, the school will issue an application for printing the registration card or employment notice in Shanghai, and the students themselves will bring the agreement and diploma to the College Employment Guidance Center to print the registration card or employment notice in Shanghai.

Twelfth in Shanghai issued a registration card or employment notice.

The time and place of issuance of the registration card or employment notice in Shanghai shall be subject to the announcement on the bulletin board of the Employment Network Center.

Thirteenth registration card or employment notice in Shanghai.

1. The validity period of Shanghai registration card or employment notice is one month (from the date of printing the registration card). Graduates should report to the employer in time after receiving the registration card or employment notice in Shanghai.

2. The second copy of "Notice of Employment in Shanghai" shall be kept by the graduates themselves and used for residence permit and entry formalities.

Article 14 Filing of registration certificates

1, the second copy of the uniformly printed registration card shall be filed by the enrollment office or the college archives room.

2. Students who print their own registration cards shall submit them to the archives for filing, and attach a copy of the agreement.

Fifteenth registration card or notice of employment in Shanghai correction.

If the information of the registration card or employment notice obtained by graduates is incorrect, the enrollment office shall issue a printed registration card certificate (with correction information indicated in the remarks column), and bring the wrong registration card (in duplicate) or employment notice (in duplicate) to the employment guidance center of colleges and universities for correction and printing.

Sixteenth lost in Shanghai registration card or employment notice.

Graduates who lose their registration cards or the Notice of Employment in Shanghai will be issued with printed registration cards by the Admissions Office (the remarks column indicates that they are lost), and will bring the agreement to the employment guidance center of colleges and universities for re-printing.

Seventeenth Shanghai expatriate employment registration card or notice.

1. If a graduate is reassigned due to breach of contract after receiving the registration card or Shanghai employment notice, the Admissions Office will issue a certificate of printing the registration card, and bring the agreement signed with the current employer and the original registration card (in duplicate) or Shanghai employment notice (in duplicate) to the university employment guidance center for printing.

After obtaining the registration card or employment notice in Shanghai, the default reassignment is limited to the graduates of that year, otherwise the employment guidance center of colleges and universities will not accept reassignment.
