According to the relevant person in charge of Zhejiang University of Technology, this area is the newly planned 1-A plot in Feng Ping Campus and the easternmost plot in Feng Ping Campus. Its west side is adjacent to the living area, with a total land area of 388 mu and a greening rate of 48.5%. Construction of this plot started from 20 14, which has lasted for three years, with a total construction area of1210,000 square meters. The college building of this plot was completed in May this year and put into use in September. The whole Feng Ping campus has become a super-long campus spanning five bus stops.

It is understood that Feng Ping New District was independently designed by the Architectural Planning and Design Institute of Polytechnic University. The campus follows the construction concept that the whole building is inclusive, harmonious but different, the single building is neoclassical and bookish, the landscape construction is integrated with nature, and the mountains and rivers are suitable.
