How to write the main deeds
Materials that summarize and briefly reflect the deeds of a unit (collective) or individual. Simple deeds are not necessarily short, if there are many situations, there are thousands of words. Although the short story is "short", it should not be empty in language and written like the final appraisal of primary school students. We should speak with facts. A short story is a summary and brief reflection of a unit or individual. For example, if three aspects are prominent, write three aspects, but only one aspect, highlighting the main line of the story. Generally speaking, a short story should include at least two aspects. The first is the basic situation. At the beginning of a short story, it is often necessary to express some basic information in a paragraph. If you write a short story about a unit, you should include the personnel of the unit, the tasks undertaken and the main achievements made in a period of time. If you write a short personal story, you should include gender, date of birth, working hours, native place, nationality, education level, when you took your current job and your main achievements. In this way, the superior organization will have a basic impression of this unit or individual after reading the materials at the beginning. The second is the main feature. This is the main part of this short story. The most prominent examples are written in several aspects, arranged according to a certain logical relationship, and similar examples are arranged together. An aspect usually consists of one natural segment or several natural segments. Pay special attention to the following four points when writing: 1. Use the third person. In other words, the object to be written is collectively expressed by "they", and the individual is called "he (she)". In order to avoid several "them" or "him (her)" in succession, companies can write their names directly, and individuals can write their own names. 2. Grasp the time limit. Whether it is the short-lived deeds of units or individuals, there is a time span. Don't digress too far, and don't deliberately confuse the concept of time and write the past into the present. How long this time span is depends on the actual situation. If the superior wants a comrade to be a township head, write his deeds since he became a township head; If the superior wants this comrade's situation in the past two years, write his deeds in the past two years. Of course, sometimes, if necessary, you can write a little background information outside this time. 3. Use some other people's languages. That is to say, when writing a short story, you can use the language of the masses or the language of the relevant personnel, which will give people a vivid and true feeling and set off the higher ideological realm of the writing object. When using other people's languages, you can handle them appropriately, but you can't fake them. 4. Speak with facts. Every aspect of a short story can be divided into several levels. First, use a few sentences as a point of view, and then use one or two outstanding examples to illustrate it. When speaking with facts, try to tell an example completely to impress people.
