It depends on your major. If it is pure painting, of course it is. Just bring paint and pens, you don't need a 4K board to draw college pictures. It's all 2K or1k. Schools are generally unified purchase or unified distribution. If you study art and design, you basically don't need it. Just buy some markers or something. Generally, these materials are sold in universities, so just bring less paint and pens!
