Hebei University is a university jointly established by the Ministry of Education and the People's Government of Hebei Province, which belongs to the national first-class university construction supported by Hebei Province. Although Hebei University was selected into some national projects such as the comprehensive strength improvement project of universities in the central and western regions of the country, the excellent legal talents education and training plan, the innovation and entrepreneurship training plan for college students, and the deepening of the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education demonstration universities, it was not rated as a double-class university. Double first-class universities refer to a group of universities that have an important influence on the construction of first-class disciplines and high-level universities in higher education in China, but Hebei University has not yet won the title.
