Beijing University of Technology (hereinafter referred to as Beijing University of Technology) is a municipal key university in charge of Beijing and a national "2 1 1 project" and "double-class" construction university. The school is located in Beijing, with Jiang Zeting, Party Secretary, and Nie Zuoren, President. The motto of the school is "never stop being the body, be the Tao with new days".

Beijing University of Technology is a multidisciplinary university focusing on engineering, science, economics, management, literature, law, art and teaching. By June 30, 2022, the school had six campuses, namely Headquarters, Zhonglan, Guanzhuang, garden village, Liulijing, Huixin East Street and Tongzhou, covering an area of 96.01510,000 square meters. There are 17 teaching and research institutions, offering 72 undergraduate majors and 34 postgraduate majors.
