However, in the process of teachers and students buying cars, some new energy vehicle 4S shops claim that public piles in schools cannot buy new energy vehicles, and only personal charging piles designated by 4S shops can be newly installed. In this case, the following suggestions are made:

2. If the deposit has been paid to the 4S store, the 4S store denies the school's public charging piles with the statement of "current new regulations". Please directly ask the 4S shop for the "new regulations" document.
In view of the above situation, if you still insist on requiring the school to stamp for certification, you must clearly know and agree to the following matters:
1. The school is not allowed to install personal charging piles, nor is it allowed to "install personal charging piles first and remove them immediately after taking photos". According to Article 37 of the People's Republic of China (PRC) Public Security Administration Punishment Law, anyone who commits one of the following acts shall be detained for not more than five days or fined not more than five hundred yuan; If the circumstances are serious, they shall be detained for more than five days and less than ten days, and may be fined up to five hundred yuan:
(a) without approval, the installation and use of power grid, or the installation and use of power grid does not meet the safety requirements.
2. Before the national ministries or government departments officially issued a document, no matter what reason the 4S shop denied the school's public charging piles, the school would not respond.
3. If the 4S shop needs to take photos of the school for evidence collection, it can consult the Energy Department of the General Affairs Office about the distribution of the charging piles of the new energy vehicles in the school, and then lead the evidence collection personnel to complete the charging pile shooting by themselves.
