We have been taking part in many activities since we were lucky enough to join the student union. We need to check every detail carefully and do our job well. During this period, we know and realize that we have many necessary talents as student union cadres, and we have been learning and exploring. Of course, the guidance of seniors and their own understanding are often not so effective. In view of this, the school organized training to let us better understand how to become outstanding and top-notch young student cadres. On the occasion of the 60th birthday of the motherland, Nanchang Hangkong University adheres to the school motto of "Unity of Knowledge and Practice, Constant Self-improvement" and has always been committed to the cultivation of all kinds of talents and scientific and technological innovation. 1On the evening of October 5th 1 19: 00, the first lecture of "Talents of Hangda University" was held in Yifu Building. With the disappearance of the last note, this lecture officially began. First of all, Professor Huang Ke delivered an important speech to the students present, teaching them that cadres should make up their minds and take action. 2, broad-minded, all rivers run into the sea; 3. Cultivate the spirit of challenge and learn to put pressure on yourself.

Although Professor Huang Ke's speech is not long, it is a good medicine for us students who have just entered the university and have unclear goals. Enrich our life with one goal after another, and put it into action, full of passion for our life. Look at people and things around you with a broad mind and become a wise and friendly person. I think the most important thing is the spirit of challenge. No matter when and where we do something, we should regard it as a challenge. Self-pressure can stimulate unlimited potential and benefit us for life.

Then, Professor Luo Laisong gave the first lecture on the backbone training of "Hangda talents" with "interpersonal relationship and work effect" as the core. Professor Luo Laisong listed the work pattern of the school to familiarize students with the organizational process of the school, and then focused on how student cadres should handle the work relationship, interpersonal relationship and interest relationship. Obey the working relationship of superiors, accurately review the instructions of superiors, and carefully understand the intentions of superiors; Cooperate with the working relationship at the same level and link the work tasks with the collective interests; Guide the working relationship of subordinates, accurately assign tasks, and put forward suggestions on working methods appropriately. Respect the interpersonal relationship of superiors and recognize the position of leaders; Be modest about interpersonal relationships at the same level; Care about the interpersonal relationship of subordinates. Professor Luo emphasized that student cadres should be accurately positioned, work methods and study should be planned, and they should be good at relying on organizational strength. Finally, Professor Luo summed up his speech with two famous words: the value of life is not measured by time but by depth. We only know these contents, but after Professor Luo Laisong's systematic explanation, I know more clearly what we should do and how to do it in an organization in order to achieve the best and highest efficiency.

Then the second training I was looking forward to began. Dear teacher Zhang Jiaxiu focused on how to fundamentally improve the comprehensive quality of college students and answered this question from five aspects: study, struggle, writing, speech and market. He first taught his classmates to learn materialist dialectics, to do things in a planned way, and to prioritize. Then Mr. Zhang pointed out with his own personal experience that when we encounter setbacks, we should be good at summing up that we should be "invincible", so as to fully understand the invincible heart. Teacher Zhang pointed out the importance of writing and speaking in view of some current situations, taking the example as an example to highlight the art of language, and combined with his own experience to tell the skills of writing and speaking. These will certainly be of great help to our future work and life. Finally, Mr. Zhang ended his speech with a blessing. He hoped that the students would persevere and make up their minds to succeed. What moved me was Mr. Zhang's standing narration and impassioned speech, which won the applause of all our classmates.

During these two short trainings, we gained a lot. Thanks to the school for providing us with valuable opportunities, and I hope we can have more opportunities to improve ourselves in the future.

As well as the division of administrative and educational affairs, I have a deep understanding of this, especially the issues related to students' vital interests such as tuition reduction, funding, incentives, self-examination, employment, and the propaganda of students' activities and joining the party. Both students and student cadres know better where to seek help in the future.

Then, in order to better understand the work of the Student Union, Mr. Ding talked about the transformation and adaptation of the role of student cadres, focusing on what the positioning of student cadres is and how to be a good student cadre.

Student cadres are leaders, educators and managers with special identities. They are still students with special jobs, but in fact they have no rights. It is necessary to strengthen role learning, balance various social expectations, improve their MQ, IQ and EQ in an all-round way, and use it to understand their work!

In order to make us better adapt to the work, the teacher invited the representatives of the Sixth Student Union to come to the stage to exchange work experience, and the training class entered a state of exchange.

I attended the first lecture, strengthened my understanding of student cadres, corrected my work attitude and faced up to my identity. I am just one of the leaders of student cadres. What I need to do is set an example, because I have put myself in everyone's eyes. First of all, we must be strict with ourselves, be tolerant of others, do what we should do, and never violate discipline. I must be strict with myself for students who violate discipline. Persuade people with reason and move people with emotion, so that students can form a good habit of observing discipline. Student cadres are also ordinary students, but we are willing to stand up and serve our classmates and help teachers manage their classmates. As student cadres, we should have a sense of service, be grateful, thank the teachers for giving us the opportunity to exercise, and thank the students for their cooperation. Next, Teacher Leslie told us how to be a good student cadre. Student cadres are the most basic executors and main helpers of school education. As a self-managing group, most of them are serious and positive. Student cadres have received all kinds of political and ideological education, professional guidance and personality training, and got more exercise. However, there are still some problems, such as insufficient awareness of learning, and the importance of study and work has been reversed. I realized that I should say that the particularity of student cadres lies in serving classmates and self-management, not cadres!

Secretary Mou emphasized that the most basic thing in cultivating the quality of student cadres is political quality. Under the influence of various ideological trends, it is most important for college students to find correct ideas. If they are upright, they will follow. His body is not straight, although he disobeys. Knowledge is the foundation, and knowledge is the foundation of talents. Without knowledge, there is no talent, ability and quality. The next lecture is about the organization of student activities, which is explained by teacher Fu. There have been activities before, but it seems a little messy and not so systematic. Through this training, I learned how to prepare an activity, organize an activity, set up a preparatory group, conduct unified training for the students involved, prepare the necessary items for the activity, contact specific matters, understand the existing and needed items, concentrate, mobilize the atmosphere at the scene, and form a climax. Interpersonal communication of student cadres is a very important aspect. Teacher Li explained the common psychological obstacles and misunderstandings and the premise of successful interpersonal communication. Communication is two-way, equal and selective. Don't expect too much from communication. In the process of communication, we should trust each other, follow the basic principles of interpersonal communication, be modest and prudent, be honest, treat each other as equals, get along sincerely, open up, take the initiative to open up, exchange needed goods, tolerate each other and cooperate and assist. Teacher Li also talked about etiquette including classroom etiquette, office etiquette and dormitory etiquette.

Finally, the teacher talked about the weekend team. Student cadres as a whole are a team. In order to achieve the same goal and accomplish the same task, they should cooperate with each other, trust each other, have a benign conflict, act unswervingly, be responsible for each other without regrets and work hard for the same goal!

In the team, we are all smiling members. What we can do is to be ourselves, help the short board in the bucket grow up, strengthen the sense of service, and deal with the problems at work with a kind attitude. After nearly a week's study, everything we have learned tells me that attitude is very important and we should unite and be friendly.

The student union is a team, and the lowest board determines the capacity of a barrel, so we must take a case to improve the whole, so as to hold more water. In short, the road ahead is right under our feet, and all we can do is step by step in the right direction!

In order to further improve the comprehensive quality of student cadres in our school, set up lofty ideals, and enhance the awareness of self-education, self-management and self-service, the training exchange meeting for student cadres held by the Youth League Committee of our school kicked off on June 2 1 day. Through this study and training, I also deeply understand and reflect on my own ideological problems.
