I. Application conditions

1. Upon the application of the students themselves and the recommendation of their middle school, they will participate in the political examination, interview and physical examination organized by the provincial military region, and those who pass can be classified as pre-selection. When filling in the volunteers, fill in the Central South University and the corresponding majors in the early admission batch enrollment volunteer form, and indicate that they are "national defense students" in the Guangzhou Military Region.
2. The admission batch is approved in advance, and the admission method is determined by the Guangzhou Military Region, the provincial admissions department and our school through consultation. Four. Treatment and obligation
During their stay in school, students enjoy the same treatment as ordinary undergraduates in our school, perform the same obligations, including other non-compulsory scholarships, accept the management of the selection and training office of reserve officers in our school and Guangzhou Military Region, and participate in the prescribed military and political courses. National defense students enjoy national defense scholarships during their school days. National defense scholarship is a national compulsory scholarship, which consists of tuition, miscellaneous expenses and living allowance. Now it is 10000 yuan per person per year, of which 5,000 yuan of tuition and fees are directly settled with the school by the army according to the academic year and included in the total tuition and fees that students should pay. The living allowance is 5,000 yuan, which is paid to the students themselves on a monthly basis (the standard is 500 yuan/month, and it will not be paid in July and August). Guangzhou Military Region distributes clothes according to the prescribed standards. National defense students complete the required academic, military and political training tasks within the academic system to achieve the training goal. After graduation, he went through the enlistment formalities according to the agreement and was appointed as an army cadre, assigned to work in subordinate units of the whole army.
After the national defense students are assigned to the army after graduation, the undergraduate course is designated as the deputy company post and awarded the rank of lieutenant.
