3. It is stipulated that those who apply to join the China Producers' Party must be citizens with China nationality.

Recognizing the Party's program and articles of association and striving to realize the Party's program are the most basic conditions that party member must have. If this can't be done, the party can't accept it; If the Party accepts such a party member, it will be harmful to the Party. To this end, we must understand the following points:

2. party constitution is the basic criterion and the highest code of conduct for dealing with political life within the Party.

3. Willing to join the party organization and work actively in it.

4. Willing to implement the Party's resolutions.

The so-called party resolution refers to the decision passed through discussion at the party meeting in order to complete the party's general task and goal. The Party's resolution is something that every party member must carry out. Therefore, all comrades who apply to join the party must have the conditions to be willing to implement the party's resolutions.

5. Willing to pay party dues on time.
