When did the Political College of National Defense University move to Songjiang?
No relocation. According to official website Information of National Defense University, Political College was established in Songjiang, Shanghai on August 26th, 2007. It was formed by the merger of the former Nanjing Institute of Politics, Xi Institute of Politics and Armed Police College, and has not been moved yet. The National Defence University of the Chinese People's Liberation Army is the highest military academy in China directly under the Central Military Commission. It is a key construction institution of the "2 1 10 Project" of the whole army, and a comprehensive joint command university of senior vocational education of the Chinese Army.
