Taizhou College was renamed Taizhou College. Not surprisingly, we have to wait until the top universities have changed their names before we can get it:

Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics, Zhejiang Ocean University, Wenzhou Medical College, China Ji Liang University, Zhejiang Media College, Ningbo Institute of Technology, Shaoxing University of Arts and Sciences, Jiaxing University, Zhejiang Institute of Science and Technology, etc.

If there are special changes, such as the strong support of provincial offices or the central government or the financial support of large consortia, the name change time may be earlier.
