How did my college life begin?
After the military training for freshmen, the famous "Hundred Regiments War" was ushered in-all the clubs in the school began to set up a stage to recruit freshmen! I signed up for a dozen clubs at once, but I didn't know if I could join, so I had to adopt the policy of casting a wide net and focusing on fishing, and news broadcast was my focus.

Although I am a science student, at least I am also the representative of Chinese class in science class. The teacher asked everyone to post their college entrance examination goals on the back wall of the classroom. I wrote "Communication University of China" at that time, but unfortunately I didn't pass the exam. So as soon as I entered the school, I couldn't wait to join the news broadcast and became a campus reporter. I didn't expect such a choice to determine a lot of things for me later.

Let's start with a funny episode.

News broadcast is the most authoritative campus media in our school, and the interview is naturally strict, but I am an e-commerce student, squeezed among a bunch of talented women who study news, and I am simply inconspicuous. As soon as I entered the darkroom, there were more than a dozen seniors and sisters sitting below. Everyone seems to be very serious and focused. I'm so nervous.

Introducing myself briefly, a senior asked me, "Now a classmate was caught by the security guard for stealing a bike. You want to interview him. What's your first question? " I blurted out, "Why did you steal the car?" The following "snow" sound, burst into laughter.

Until now, I don't understand why they want to give me a quota. You know, less than 30 of the two or three hundred applicants passed the interview and entered the assessment period. In the school sports meeting, the deadline for the examination period is one month later. According to the amount of submissions and publications, nearly 50% of the students will be eliminated.

I began to pay attention to all the trends on campus, including banners, leaflets, competitions, lectures, parties, activities and so on. In order to increase the amount of contributions, I will squeeze out all the time to listen to lectures and interview organizers; In order to increase the number of press releases, I spend two or three hours revising the wording of each news item.

This process is quite hard. There must be bread and milk in the bag, because I often miss meals by running the news. The school stipulates that you can't buy a computer until next semester, so you basically spent the last semester in the school computer room, so that you became friends with the administrator of the computer room and learned to cut videos from him.

No pains, no gains. In order to record the lecture completely, I dare not slack off and carefully record and sort it out. After listening to a lot of high-quality sharing, I set a goal as soon as I entered the university and took many detours. This also made me form a habit. No matter what lectures and meetings I attend, I will bring my pen and notebook and tidy it up as soon as I come back. Because as a reporter, I have to leave the phone number of the organizer, check the content again, and then come to my own event. These contact methods have played a huge role and accumulated contacts. The habit of weighing sentence wording also makes me more handy when writing activity copy and promoting soft articles, and even becomes a small competitive advantage when interviewing cross-school institutions and internship companies. Of course, these are all later things.

As mentioned above, a school sports meeting will be held before the end of the examination period. Everyone must hand in at least 1 written manuscript and 2 live reports at the school sports meeting.

I'm so worried about this character draft. I stared at several champions last year, but I didn't get them this year. What should I do? Hanging around the campus playground doing nothing, the announcer kept broadcasting the game in his ear.

I had a brainwave and decided to interview the announcer.

There is not much time before the deadline, and I don't even have time to collect information to make an interview outline. While a main announcer was resting, I went directly to the broadcasting area of the podium, indicating that my purpose was allowed and began to interview. Facing a complete stranger, I began to think about how to mine effective information, and the announcer was particularly good at shaking the baggage, so I got a lot of information. Later, I learned that few people have finished the character draft, and everyone is interviewing athletes. I interviewed the announcer in a unique way, so the manuscript was published smoothly and passed the examination without any suspense.

This interview gave me two inspirations: ① We should pay attention to the same event from multiple angles. Later, as an intern, I need to promote a product. First of all, I will spread my mind and list various angles. Then I asked myself, is there anything else? Anything else? Then make a choice. Pay attention to details when talking with people, and you can often get more useful information by grasping the details. I often attend salons to share, have the opportunity to meet new friends, pay attention to details, and keep asking questions, which helps me get to know strangers faster and get unexpected information.

However, the whole year's experience as a campus reporter inspired me the most.

The interview of outstanding graduates is sponsored by our news network, and the biggest interview activity in the school will cause a sensation in the school every year. I am in charge of the interview in our college: search a sufficient number of alternative lists for interviews one by one, select the finalists from them, and then interview the seniors and sisters to determine the final quota.

This is the first time I have had such in-depth communication with my predecessors and gained endless experience.

The elder sister I interviewed was the first female student union president in our college. She let me know that girls can master domineering and femininity just right. The direct impact on me was that I bought my first pair of high heels after the interview. In fact, the way out for college students is nothing more than employment, postgraduate entrance examination, going abroad and taking an examination of civil servants. In my opinion, Sister L is definitely the kind of employee that many companies like. As a result, she chose the postgraduate entrance examination. She said: "I know I can find a good job directly, but I also want to see better universities, see how their professors teach, see what their classmates like to talk about, and explore what I am interested in (a less popular subject). I am afraid that once I work, I will have no chance. " This is the most casual and relaxing reason I have ever heard, not for survival, but for life.

Another interviewer, Senior R, got an offer from Nestle Guanpeisheng, who is very good at planning. She suggested that I start writing my resume as a freshman. After that, we should compare the resumes of some outstanding graduates, make up for the shortcomings and manage college life in a planned way. She and I talked about like-minded friends, predecessors who gave her advice, ..................................................................................................................................................... University, the teacher who helped her the most, is not groping alone. I can find the "benchmark" predecessors to point out the direction for myself; The wisdom of university teachers is not only in the classroom, I need to exchange ideas with teachers more actively. She told me that universities can't be confined to their own schools. I need more cross-school communication and go out of campus to participate in practice. She told me that learning English is not for CET-4 or CET-6, but to know the importance of English to my future in advance. If it is necessary and it affects the development of the workplace and life circle, then I should learn English well. The interview at that time was completely recorded, and these recordings accompanied me for a long time.

Why did such a good organization and such a favorite place only stay 1 year?

On the one hand, news broadcast is the most authoritative campus media in our school, and every article of ours must be approved by relevant leaders. For example, I want to ask the dean of the school of management or the party secretary to sign the report of the welcome meeting. Every time I ask the leader to sign it, it's like paparazzi waiting for the target star to appear. The longest time is to wait for him to find a leader for 3 days, and the news has lost its timeliness when it was released.

On the other hand, the more official and authoritative the media and the more news broadcast, people will always live in a harmonious society. Once I witnessed a classmate riding a bicycle downhill and the brakes failed. The bike ran straight through the school road and hit the railing by the lake. The car was stopped by the railing, and people flew out and fell into the lake. I immediately wrote a manuscript to report this situation, reminding students to pay attention to safety when going downhill, checking bicycle brakes, and suggesting that schools add more speed bumps on slopes. As a result, none of the leaders of the relevant departments were willing to sign for me, and the manuscript was not sent. Students basically don't know about it, so no one will pay attention to their driving safety. The only thing to be happy about is that I found several speed bumps on the slope the next day.

It's a bit verbose and scattered, but the experience of campus reporters really influenced my whole university. It allows me to integrate into the environment faster, find my goals more clearly, and start to struggle more practically.
