1983 Up to now, he has served as director of editorial department of anhui university of finance Journal, deputy director and director of scientific research department, director of cooperative economic department and secretary of general party branch. From 65438 to 0993, he served as vice president and deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Anhui Finance College, and from 65438 to 0995, he served as president and secretary of the Party Committee of Anhui Finance College.

He is currently the president of Anhui Xinhua College.
