The school has set up welcome stations at Wuchang Railway Station, Hankou Railway Station, Wuhan Railway Station and Wuchang fujiapo Long-distance Bus Station to receive freshmen from Yangluo Campus. Wuchang Railway Station, Hankou Railway Station and Wuhan Railway Station welcome guests from 7: 00 to 22: 00 every day, and Wuchang fujiapo coach station welcome guests from 7: 00 to17: 00 every day.

Freshmen from this department come to school by themselves after coming to Han, and the school does not arrange to pick up and drop off personnel and vehicles.

Registration process:

1, college registration

Freshmen report to the orientation point of their college, issue admission notices, and receive campus cards, student dormitory occupancy vouchers, and tuition receipts (only for students who are charged by the bank).

Step 2 pay

Freshmen issue admission notices and pay fees at the charge office of the Welcome Office.

(1) Students who have paid through the bank and received the tuition receipt at the college need not pay any more. If the deducted accommodation fee is higher than the actual accommodation fee standard, the refund procedure will not be handled during the registration period, and the overcharged accommodation fee will be directly returned to the bank card issued by the school before the prescribed time limit.

(2) Students who are temporarily unable to pay in full due to financial difficulties and need to go to school through the green channel and have already applied for a student-origin loan should first declare to the college, then go through the relevant procedures at the directional "green channel" and then pay at the toll office.

(3) Students who fail to pay fees through bank deduction and do not need to go through the "green channel" procedures will pay fees directly at the welcome office after registering in the college.
