Lian Peisheng of Zhejiang University is the tutor of City University and Ningbo Institute of Technology in recruiting graduate students in Zhejiang University. Generally, I take classes in Zhejiang University in the first year and work in the laboratory of City College or Ningbo Institute of Technology in the second year.

City College of Zhejiang University and Zhejiang University jointly cultivate. Zhejiang University is responsible for student status, course training and degree application, while City College of Zhejiang University is responsible for the guidance of degree thesis. Both the diploma and the degree certificate are issued by Zhejiang University.
