What is organic rice?
Organic rice, sticky, is delicious whether cooked or porridge. The outstanding characteristics are less crude fiber and high digestion and absorption rate of various nutrients.

Every 100g organic rice contains 14g water, 6.7g protein, 0.9g fat, 77.6g carbohydrate, 0.3g crude fiber, 7mg calcium, L36mg phosphorus, 2.3mg iron, 05mg vitamin B2O and 1mg nicotinic acid.

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that rice is sweet in taste and flat in nature, and has the effects of tonifying the middle warmer, strengthening the spleen and stomach, nourishing essence and strengthening the brain, harmonizing the five internal organs, dredging blood vessels, improving hearing and eyesight, relieving boredom and quenching thirst, and stopping diarrhea. Eating more can strengthen the body and make people radiant.

Rice porridge has the functions of invigorating spleen, regulating stomach and clearing lung heat. Rice soup has the functions of benefiting qi, nourishing yin and moistening dryness, which is beneficial to the development and health of infants, and can stimulate the secretion of gastric juice, help digestion and promote the absorption of fat. It can also promote casein in milk powder to form loose and soft small clots, which are easy to digest and absorb. Therefore, it is ideal to use rice soup to make milk powder or rice soup as an auxiliary diet for infants.

Organic rice is not only easy to digest, but also nourishes the spleen and stomach. The new milled rice is more suitable for the digestion and absorption of the elderly and children.
