Japanese majors won the second place in the 22nd Shanghai University Students' Speech Competition in 2008, and the first prize in East China Division of the 2009 China Cup Japanese Speech Competition. In terms of discipline construction, Japanese majors actively carry out scientific research activities, hold a series of influential academic international seminars and publish a series of academic papers at home and abroad, relying on the liberal arts base of "Japanese Studies", Japan Modern Research Center and Japanese textbook R&D Center. With Tokyo A&M University, tokyo university of foreign studies, Waseda University, Meiji University, Central University, takushoku university, Xinglin University, Kyoto Foreign Studies University, osaka prefecture university, Okinawa University and other Japanese institutions of higher learning, we have a good cooperative relationship, providing students with various opportunities to study in Japan.
