Introduction:

The Three Gorges University is located in Yichang, a sub-central city of Hubei Province and the capital of hydropower. It is a comprehensive university jointly established by China people, Ministry of Water Resources and Hubei Provincial People's Government, and a key construction university in Hubei Province.

Three Gorges University has offered full-time junior college education since 1949, full-time undergraduate education since 1978, full-time postgraduate education since 1996, and jointly trained doctoral students with brother universities such as Wuhan University since 1998.
