First, we should have students in mind. In order to make teaching practical and targeted; In order to arouse students' learning enthusiasm and reflect their dominant position, we must have a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of students. Knowing students is the premise of educating students well. Understand the age and characteristics of the times of students; Understand their learning attitudes, interests, needs and ideological status; Understand their knowledge base, learning ability, learning methods and habits.
On the basis of understanding, there must be research. After the research, we should make more accurate predictions. It is necessary to foresee students' difficulties in accepting new knowledge and their attitudes towards their own courses, and help them solve those ideological problems in combination with the teaching content. Pay attention to preparing students for studying law, and consider how to help them learn to study, learn to think and learn to be human.
Second, we must thoroughly understand the teaching materials. Teaching materials include syllabus, textbooks and all necessary teaching materials. As a teacher, we should strive to reach the level of "understanding, infiltration and transformation" of the teaching materials. It means that you must first "understand" the contents involved in the textbook and make clear every concept, every basic theory and its context. The second is to understand "thoroughness". Being a teacher is different from being a student. On the basis of "understanding", we should find out which are the key and difficult points of the textbook. What must students master in learning this course? While grasping the overall knowledge structure of the textbook, we should find out what are the key contents that affect the overall content. We should also find out what difficulties and doubts there are. According to students' original knowledge base and learning ability, we should know what difficulties they feel and ask questions. At the same time, we should also be clear about the relationship and connection between the discipline we teach and the adjacent disciplines.
"Culture" has two requirements: First, through our study, research, understanding and memory, we should transform written language into our own spoken language and express it fluently. Although it is difficult for new teachers, we must work hard in this direction. Here we need to pay attention to two points: First, we must grasp the key points, difficulties and doubts, and never cover everything. Many new teachers' classroom teaching problems are covered. Many students teach themselves simple things, and we don't need to talk about them. In this way, you will have the energy to "melt" the key points, difficulties and doubts. It can solve the problem of full-house irrigation that new teachers are prone to. Second, never recite the book on the page. Some teachers recite the book word for word in class. This method of "memorizing dates" is a taboo in classroom teaching and one of the common problems of new teachers. The second requirement of "culture" is to put our thoughts and passions; Integrating our love for students, career and motherland into our teaching content is what teachers need to pursue forever. I hope the new teacher will pay attention to this goal from the beginning.
Third, we should pay attention to the diversity of teaching methods. At present, the dominant teaching method in Chinese universities is lecture. Many new teachers study in this way. Listen to what I said, and what I said is what I took the exam. But have we thought about it? What was the effect of this conversation? Are students willing to listen? Why do so many students want to skip class? Of course, this is not all the fault of teaching methods. It should be said, but considering the requirements of students, the needs of content and the overall effect, we should add some case teaching methods, discussion methods and reading guidance methods to enrich our classroom teaching, which is the need of improving the teaching quality in colleges and universities and should also be the requirement of each of our teachers.
Fourth, pursue perfection, but avoid perfectionism. The new teacher may say that we have too many teaching problems to pursue perfection. But in fact, many problems in new teachers' classroom teaching are caused by too much pursuit of perfection. In the course of class, we often see some new teachers afraid of getting stuck and leaving the lesson plan. Fear of getting stuck is perfectionism at work. It is normal for new teachers to be unfamiliar with the content. If you forget, you can have a look, but don't leave it. Even if I make a mistake, I will correct it immediately or ask the students when I have a brainwave. Am I right? Either way, it may be better. "This habit of openly admitting defects and solving them at will is the most common among model teachers-they are also regarded by students as the most knowledgeable, capable and beloved teachers." "Suggestions for new university teachers" P23. Some teachers turn red when they haven't finished class. I don't know what to do next Others have not finished the class, so they have to bite the bullet and continue, but students don't buy it, and the effect can be imagined. There's still time to blush, and it's all perfectionism. So I said, we should pursue perfection, but we should refrain from perfectionism. If the truth goes one step further, it will become fallacy.
Fifth, pay attention to the design of blackboard writing. Some new teachers ignore this problem when preparing lessons. Some of the blackboard writing in the classroom is too simple, while others are too messy. The role of blackboard writing should not be underestimated, because teachers rarely have time to communicate directly with students in class, mainly by language and blackboard writing. Teaching students will pass as soon as they listen, while writing on the blackboard reflects the teaching content system, so they can stay and think while watching.
When preparing lessons, we should design an eye-catching outline of blackboard writing, and consider its scientificity, artistry, organization and inspiration. Never scribble on the blackboard. What to write, when to write, where to write, how to highlight the key points, how to reflect the connection between knowledge, when to erase, which part to erase and which part to keep, these are all designed when preparing lessons. If multimedia is used in teaching (I don't advocate new teachers to use multimedia in teaching, because it is not conducive to the overall improvement of new teachers' teaching ability), remember not to make electronic textbooks, but to guide students to think deeply at different levels with capable words and concise charts. When necessary, animation and video can be used to deepen students' understanding and memory of key and difficult points.
Sixth, we should attach importance to "reciting classes again". "Re-preparing lessons" means writing your own observation, thinking, students' reaction, effect comparison, post-teaching evaluation, new feelings and new understandings in the teaching plan in the remarks column after each class, so as to find new problems in lesson preparation and lectures at any time. For a long time, many of our teachers have paid attention to preparing lessons before class, but neglected "preparing lessons again" after class. Many college teachers' "re-preparing lessons" have been replaced by teaching journals. However, we know that the teaching diary is a management tool for teachers' teaching in the academic affairs office of the school. Although it plays a certain role in teaching reflection, it is essentially different from "preparing lessons again" "Preparing lessons again" is not only a test of preparing lessons before class, but also a re-understanding and re-creation of preparing lessons before class, and an important way to improve teachers' own teaching level. (China Education News1March 9, 993) Gao Rufang Every new teacher who is interested in teaching and research should pay attention to the good habit of "preparing lessons again".
"Good or bad in class, kung fu is outside class", which is my own experience in the process of teaching and learning, hoping to help new university teachers prepare lessons. Preparing lessons is one of the important links in teaching. Only by taking it seriously can you become a successful teacher.
