There are four undergraduate courses, namely Henan Normal University, Henan Institute of Science and Technology, Xinxiang Medical College and xinxiang university.

There are four colleges, namely, Henan Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Xinxiang Vocational and Technical College (merged with the original 1, 2/3 technical schools, Xinxiang Sports School, New School Finance School and Xinxiang Textile Workers' College to form an ordinary college), Xinxiang Radio and TV University (with five-year junior college and adult education, but no ordinary college students) and Xinxiang Medical College (with Xinxiang Health School under construction).
