According to the Wuhan Traffic Management Bureau, in order to crack down on the illegal activities of buying and selling points, the Traffic Management Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security upgraded the national electronic police processing system.
From March 8, 20 1 year, it is illegal to handle the "e-police" of non-self-owned motor vehicles through online channels such as e-stop self-service terminal, WeChat, Alipay, Wuhan Traffic Police APP and postal outlets, and it is necessary to register with real names and bind the corresponding vehicles before handling them.
Users can register and bind through the "Traffic Management 12 123" mobile APP, or bind on the spot in the face-to-face window of the vehicle management squadron of each traffic brigade.
It is understood that drivers hold ID cards, driving licenses and driving licenses to the traffic brigade's illegal handling window. The original regulations for handling non-personal motor vehicles "electronic police" remain unchanged, and there is no need to handle binding. However, if they help others to deal with traffic violations on EasyStation and mobile terminals, they must register and bind the vehicles with their real names.
According to the new regulations, through the real-name registration and binding of "Traffic Management 12 123" mobile App, a driver's license is only allowed to bind 1 non-personal motor vehicles, and the motor vehicles are small cars under the name of non-unit and group;
When binding at the traffic brigade window, no more than 3 non-owned motor vehicles can be bound, and the bound vehicles can also apply for unbinding, but the cumulative binding of non-owned motor vehicles is no more than 5;
Up to 3 drivers are bound to the same motor vehicle at the same time. Binding the vehicle requires the driver to hold his ID card, bind the owner's ID card, bind the vehicle driving license and fill out the application form.
The traffic control department reminded that binding vehicles that are not under my name to deal with "electronic eyes" is only applicable to illegal summary procedures for fines below 200 yuan (including);
Drivers who have studied three times or more in a scoring cycle are not allowed to deal with the illegal behavior of "electronic police" who are not their own motor vehicles through online means such as Internet service platforms; Dealing with motor vehicle traffic violations under my name is the same as before, and there is no need to bind.
