Tibet University for Nationalities, located in Xianyang City, Shaanxi Province, is the first batch of institutions approved by the State Council with the right to award bachelor's degrees. It is a university jointly established by the Xizang Autonomous Region Municipal People's Government and the State Ethnic and Religious Affairs Committee. The first phase of the basic capacity-building project for colleges and universities in the central and western regions was selected as a pilot unit of the excellent doctoral education and training program of the Ministry of Education, a counterpart support university of East China Normal University, and a national demonstration university for deepening the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education.

Tibet University for Nationalities is a university directly under Xizang Autonomous Region, second only to Tibet University, with good software and hardware. Although it is a Tibetan university, its campus is in Xianyang, also known as Xianyang People's College, and it enjoys various preferential policies for Tibetan college students to graduate. Xizang Autonomous Region is very short of all kinds of talents. After graduation, my job is secure and my salary is good. The school has a targeted employment policy, and students with low scores can consider applying for signing contracts to reduce their scores. Postgraduate graduation requirements are relatively low. Starting from 19, the requirement that they must pass CET-4 before graduation was cancelled. There are 59 undergraduate majors, 1 1 for master's degree, 1 for master's degree authorization, 1 for postdoctoral innovation practice base, 2 for national specialty construction,1for national specialty comprehensive reform pilot, and/kloc-0 for provincial and ministerial key disciplines.

The school gives full play to the advantages of Tibet aid policy and actively builds a counterpart support mechanism. Under the overall arrangement of the Central Organization Department, the Ministry of Education and Shaanxi Province, China Renmin University, Sun Yat-sen University, xiamen University, East China Normal University, Southeast University, Beijing Foreign Studies University, Nanjing University, China Communication University, Xi Jiaotong University, Shaanxi Normal University, Northwest University, Chang 'an University, etc. 12 counterpart support colleges and universities to continuously innovate the forms of aid to Tibet, broaden the fields and enrich the connotation, and carry out multi-level and deep-level assistance.
