Can you tell me the format of the no-class schedule? Thank you.
Delete all the old ones, otherwise you can have them.

The quickest way is to get the curriculum of your school and delete the content. Then whoever is in which class (or two classes, our school usually has two or three classes in one subject) has no class, just fill in his name in the grid of that class (you will be exhausted after filling in the class).

If there are special circumstances (such as the above three classes), please indicate them in brackets after his name, or indicate a * or #, @, and then indicate a below the class schedule. For example, * stands for one-week class, # biweekly class, @ for three consecutive classes, and then write at the end:

* One week

# Biweekly

@ Three Classes ...

Finally, if you can't get the electronic version of the curriculum, use excel to compile one. It doesn't matter if you can't use excel. Merge cells under Baidu, add border lines, enter everyone's name, and find the best row height and column width in the format menu bar, and your table will be perfect.

If you have any questions, I'll answer them when I see them.
