Hello friends, today we will continue to talk about the Tao Te Ching. Today's talk is "If you listen too much, you are poor. Don't stay in the middle." This is a little different, that is, popular books, such as Wang Ben and He Ben, are all "poor in words", and only A and B of silk books quote "poor in words". What is the difference? What do you mean? "Smell more and count the poor" means that you explore everywhere, because the world is like a spell, constantly from scratch, although the Tao is hollow, it constantly produces everything. You follow everything, keep looking, and explore bit by bit. This is headless. What shall we do? Go back to your center, approach the Tao, find the secret of the Tao, follow its laws, and you will master the secret of the world, which is what it means. Why do other versions say "too many words and too few words"? This may be a mistake in which book was copied at that time. For example, there is a story in Huainanzi, which is said to be "poor in words", but we actually hear more from this story.
This story is about a man named Wang Shou, who is knowledgeable and studious. He went out on a long trip with many books on his back, and met a friend named Xu Feng on the way. Xu Feng asked him, why do you recite so many books? I am eager to learn. I was afraid of going out without books, so I took a lot of books with me. This xu feng said that it seems unwise for you to do so. What did he say was unwise? This is not easy to learn. He said, you see, you have to change your job according to the situation at that time. This change varies with time, so you have to change. How did this book come from? This book was written by the people who wrote it at that time according to the changes of the works, but now the times have changed. Why are you still studying with that book? You can't die to study. At this time, you should create new knowledge according to the changes of things. Therefore, he said that "words come from those who know, and those who know don't collect books", that is, everything written in these books is written by people who understand the truth, but when people write the truth, they don't collect books. Just understand the truth, that's what I mean.
After listening to Wang Shou, you are right. I recite a lot of knowledge about death in this book, so what do I recite it for? So I put the book on the ground, and this person is unique enough. I lit all the books with a torch, "burning books and dancing". Huai Nan Zi recorded that, therefore, Lao Tzu said: It is better to stay in the middle than to talk too much. He speaks a lot of poor words. You see, in fact, it should be that there are many words and people are poor. Why? Reading is for knowledge, for listening, for watching, not for speaking. So although this story records a lot of poor words, it means that many people are poor. Then when Mawangdui's silk book was unearthed, it should be seen that it was poor. Mawangdui's silk book is recorded correctly.
It is said that Lao Tzu's students quoted in Wen Zi's Tao Yuan Pian are also poor, so it can be seen that silk books A and B are closer to the original appearance of Tao Te Ching. It's wrong for me to talk too much and express too much. Smell is to explore, listen and explore the world, like a charm, like a bellows, from scratch, constantly born from the air, giving birth to countless things. At this time, everything you pursue is headless. You have to find the source and the principle of the middle way. These principles can be seen everywhere in our lives. For example, in Chinese medicine, there is a condition called allergy when conditioning the body. I use this to talk about how Chinese medicine and western medicine see a doctor. I once saw a child who was found to be allergic to 100, that is, to 100, and most importantly to rice. She can't eat rice This is a daughter of my middle school classmate, who is in primary school. What should I do at this time? Very painful, how does general western medicine treat it? Western medicine often uses some anti-allergic things, which often reduces your nerve sensitivity and so on. These things can't be eaten often, because it is not good to take anti-allergic drugs all the time. How to solve it finally? Usually tell you to avoid this thing. So, if you look at American biscuits, it is often printed that this production line also produces peanuts and the like. Why are you writing this? Because some people are allergic to peanuts, if they really eat this kind of biscuit, they should be responsible, so they should be warned. So the west basically thinks that you should avoid things you are allergic to all your life.
An old gentleman from Wang Qi is a master of traditional Chinese medicine who studies allergy. He is the founder of andrology in traditional Chinese medicine. Once he visited the United States and had a quarrel with an allergic professor in the United States. He asked people, what are you allergic to? What do you do? Hearing this, the American professor is joking with me. I will argue with you, too. I will throw things out of the window. Teacher Wang Qi asked him: Are you allergic to cats? Someone is allergic to cat hair. The professor said to throw the cat out of the window. Teacher Wang Qi said it was allergic to carpets. I threw this carpet out of the window. Teacher Wang Qi said, I have treated many infertile patients, and I found that many women are allergic to male sperm, so they can't get pregnant, so you took her husband out of the window? The American professor stood there speechless, because you can't hide from anything all your life. For example, if you say that you are allergic to 100, you should remember the list of 100 all your life, and you can't eat it when you see it. How painful your life is.
So, it's like saying that if a tree has more than 1000 leaves,1000 leaves will turn yellow. What shall we do? If you study one by one, you will get caught up in countless details. /kloc-can things above 0/00 be studied clearly? If the research is unclear and detailed, it will eventually fall into mystery. What do people in China think? I think there may be something wrong with your roots, either too much water or too little water. This tree root regulates several problems, such as qi deficiency, blood deficiency, yin deficiency and yang deficiency. Then there are blood stasis, phlegm-dampness, liver-qi discomfort, etc. , that is, physical fitness. You have solved the problem of more water and less water at the root. The 100 leaves on the top slowly turn green by themselves, not a single leaf.
Therefore, although the study of western medicine is very meticulous, it is often partial and meticulous, and the whole is lost. Slowly, it seems to be more and more ignorant, so in the end, western medicine falls into a sense of powerlessness. China people didn't study very carefully, and the ancients didn't have the conditions, but we studied the roots very carefully. I have to consider these problems in every illness, such as qi deficiency, blood deficiency, yin deficiency, yang deficiency and so on. You see, it became very simple in the end. You have 1 000 diseases. I only studied these disorders of your body. After I adjusted my state, I adjusted the root water and the leaves turned green together. That's my physical adjustment. What is this? In other words, there are many reasons for "listening too much is poor, not in the middle".
What am I talking about? I'm not talking about Chinese medicine, I'm not talking about Chinese medicine, I'm talking about leaders, and I'm talking about the Tao between heaven and earth. Everything grows bigger from the inside out, which means I'm talking about the leader's law. If leaders let go of their desires and indulge themselves, the happier the people you lead will be. So Lao Tzu is talking about the relationship between emptiness and existence. If you pursue those numbers, how can ordinary people join me? I divide my personality into peacock and tiger, yellow and green. These are all numbers. The more you pursue this, the more you pursue it. What is the core? Adjust yourself well, "center", learn from heaven, let go of selfish desires, and do not seek fame and position, which is a good leader. If you do this, you will care about your employees, because you are not making money for yourself, but working for employees and everyone, so everyone will follow you, and there will be more and more people in your company, and everyone will be better and happier. So, there are more and more companies. This is the relationship between emptiness and existence. The more fame and fortune a leader gives himself, the more employees you have, and the more employees are willing to follow you. This is the leader's rule. You simply train employees into wolves and divide them into personalities, all of which are numbers. The finer those things pursue, the more they deviate from the Tao, and the more they pursue their own fame and fortune, the more they will have and the more empty their employees will be. This is what I said.
Did Lao Tzu create this idea himself? Don't! In fact, in the pre-Qin era, this kind of thought is very numerous and clear. Many people have said that there are many such ideas in the contention of a hundred schools of thought. For example, "University" in the four Confucian classics says that "people gather when they gather wealth, and people gather when they scatter wealth". It is said that when a leader gathers wealth, you gain fame and status for yourself, and the employees you lead are scattered, so it is called "gathering wealth means gathering people." What do you mean by "wealth dispersion makes people gather"? If you don't pursue fame and leadership, and you spread your wealth abroad, more and more people and employees will belong to you, because you don't make money for yourself and do things for everyone. So, everyone will belong to you.
These contents are also discussed in the Confucian classics of universities. In pre-Qin hundred schools of thought, many people talked about the same point of view. These people were not influenced by Laozi, but these thoughts were summed up by the leaders before Laozi. This is a foundation of China's classical philosophy, which flourished as early as the pre-Qin period. This is the secret of Tao Te Ching. Tao Te Ching is Lao Zi's systematic exposition of this thought and the core of Tao Te Ching. Therefore, when we study Tao Te Ching, we should learn this core idea. After learning, friends who want to listen to my audio will become good leaders. Everyone said, "It's too easy. Is that all you said? " We'll talk about this when we get back. "Do you think this is very simple? Simple. How many people do you think can do it? Let's have a look. How many leaders can do it? Actually, it's really not much. It's simple, but it's really not much. Lao Tzu has been talking about the quality of leaders, and a friend said, shouldn't this state be established? Only by using the system to restrain him, let him not be his own. We are at three levels: parting ways, morality and law. The Tao taught by Laozi involves a little morality, while the law is another level, involving only a little. Lao Tzu mainly talks about the quality of leaders, so I think the alias of Tao Te Ching should be called the Training Manual for Leaders' Quality. We should learn these contents, and hope that everyone can improve themselves, really practice and be a good leader.
A friend asked, what happened to the children with 100 allergens you mentioned earlier? Later, I judged that this little friend was yin deficiency, so I gave her a nourishing broth for two weeks, and then I came to our Army General Hospital in Shenyang for a test. 100 All kinds of allergens disappeared and were normal. So we adjust the roots, you adjust the roots, and the leaves at the top of the tree will change one by one. This is the truth of our Chinese medicine, which indirectly conforms to the sentence "Listen more and count less as poor, don't stay in the middle".
Friends, let's call it a day. Thank you.
