School-level scholarship evaluation criteria: love the socialist motherland, support the Communist Party of China (CPC)'s leadership, abide by national laws and regulations and school rules and regulations, and have good moral quality and behavior habits; Clear learning purpose, study hard and get excellent grades; Actively participate in physical exercise and cultural activities, physical and mental health; Actively participate in social practice and voluntary service activities, with a strong sense of social responsibility and public welfare.
4. School-level scholarship evaluation procedure: students apply themselves and fill out the "Shaanxi Normal University Scholarship Application Form"; The class evaluation team evaluates according to the students' application materials and usual performance, and puts forward the preliminary evaluation list; The scholarship review committee of the College will review the preliminary list and determine the list of award-winning students; After the list of award-winning students is publicized without objection, it will be reported to the student affairs office of the school for the record and a certificate will be issued.
Other matters of scholarship evaluation.
Under any of the following circumstances, no scholarship shall be awarded to students: those who violate national laws and regulations or school rules and regulations are subject to disciplinary action; Cheating in exams or plagiarizing other people's academic achievements; Have other serious bad behaviors.
In any of the following circumstances, the award-winning students will be disqualified: those who practice fraud in the evaluation process; After winning the prize, it is found that there are those who do not meet the evaluation conditions; Have serious bad behavior after winning the prize.
