The teaching staff is very average. . I can only say so-so. . . However, after four years of study, I feel that teaching staff is not necessary for college students. The key is yourself. Don't think you can learn more in four years. The hardware facilities are also very general. I am in the new campus of Tibet University (the most populous campus, where science is basically located). My dormitory has a campus network and two sockets. The internet speed is fast, but unstable, which means playing online games is not very powerful. The teaching hardware is very general, and they are all aided by mainland universities. There are good ones and bad ones. As far as I know, your major should be engineering. I think it's quite good, and it's a major of the Institute of Technology.
The policy you mentioned is 17 provinces and cities and 17 central enterprises to aid Tibet, and each enterprise in each province will provide 100 jobs, but this policy has just been put forward by the autonomous region and has not yet been implemented. I am waiting for this because I am unemployed now. I said I wouldn't confess until the end of September, and I'll know then. I can't do anything if I don't come.
There is still room for you to choose this major. If you work in Tibet, you can go to the army or TV station, but it depends on your luck, you know?
