According to the application form and the understanding of some volunteers, we quickly selected 16 tutors and 12 volunteers to help the elderly, brought them to the door in batches, communicated with students, parents and the elderly, and worked out the way and time of help through communication and consultation. At the same time, I will also divide the work among the five members of the Volunteer Pioneer Team, so that each of them is responsible for several volunteers, so that they can manage volunteers and collect feedback from recipients on a regular basis, which is beneficial to the communication between volunteers and recipients.
