Guizhou University began to recruit and train graduate students from 1978. The number of planned tuition-free students announced in the 2023 graduate enrollment catalogue of Guizhou University is the maximum number of tuition-free students for each major, not the actual enrollment. The actual number of students enrolled in each major is subject to the list of students to be enrolled published in that year (expected to be published at the end of 2022 10), and the number of unfinished enrollment plans of colleges (centers and laboratories) is transferred to the open recruitment plan.
