Brief Introduction of State Key Laboratory of Food Science and Technology (Jiangnan University and Nanchang University)
The State Key Laboratory of Food Science and Technology is the first national key laboratory in the field of food science in China, based on the former two key laboratories of food science and safety of Jiangnan University and food science of Nanchang University. 2011March passed the evaluation of the State Key Laboratory organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology. The laboratory now has more than 70 million instruments and equipment.
