In 2022, University of Science and Technology Beijing will continue to recruit rural students from relevant provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) through the "Special Plan for Colleges and Universities" in accordance with the spirit of the "Notice on Continuing to Implement the Special Plan for Enrollment of Key Colleges and Universities in 2022" and other related documents.

First, the enrollment objects and conditions

The "special plan for colleges and universities" is mainly aimed at rural students who are diligent and eager to learn and have excellent grades in high schools below the county level (including county-level cities) determined by relevant provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities).

Candidates must meet the following conditions at the same time: ① Meet the registration conditions for the unified college entrance examination in 2022; (2) I and my father or mother or legal guardian have rural household registration in the implementation area, and I have local household registration for more than 3 years; (3) I have been registered in the county high school for 3 years and actually studied.

The qualification examination of household registration and student status is completed by all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities).

According to the policy, from the enrollment of the college entrance examination in 2023, candidates who gave up their admission qualifications or dropped out of school after being admitted to the special program in previous years will no longer enjoy the admission qualifications of the special program, and our school will strictly implement the policy.

Second, the enrollment plan

It is planned to enroll 70 students in 2022 (the final enrollment is subject to the Ministry of Education). Non-college entrance examination reform provinces only recruit science candidates, and candidates in comprehensive reform provinces must meet the requirements of various majors. The specific enrollment majors are: machinery, energy and power, management science and engineering, metallurgical engineering, mining, civil engineering and safety engineering.

According to the number of Selected Graduates in each province and the rationality of the professional and regional distribution reported by Selected Graduates, our school will determine the number of enrollment plans of the "College Special Plan" in each province, and publish it through the undergraduate enrollment website of University of Science and Technology Beijing (/index.htm) and the recruitment WeChat platform.

Third, the registration process

(1) Online Registration

Candidates who meet the registration requirements must log in to the "Special Type Enrollment Registration Platform" (/gxzxbm) and fill in the registration information truthfully and completely as required. Online registration time is April11-April 25th, 2022.

(2) Upload materials

Candidates are required to upload the following registration materials in the registration system:

1. The application form for the special plan enrollment of University of Science and Technology Beijing in 2022 generated by the registration system. After the students download and print, the person in charge of the middle school and I personally sign and affix the official seal of the middle school. (Special note: the version number of the application form uploaded to the registration system must be consistent with the registration system. )

2. Personal statement must be written by yourself, within 1000 words, and the content must include the following four aspects: ① reasons for applying; (2) Learning and research experience, main practical activities and feelings related to this major; (3) Cognition of applied majors and university learning plans; 4 personality characteristics and hobbies.

3 high school (less than 3 people) on behalf of the original or copy of the award-winning certificate, identified by the middle school and stamped with the official seal.

4. Copy of the front and back of my second-generation ID card (copy the front and back on a piece of paper).

5. Proof of household registration: the household registration card or household registration book (home page, home page of household registration book and my home page) must be able to prove that the candidate and his father or mother or legal guardian are registered in the rural area where the special college plan is implemented, and I have been registered there for more than 3 years.

6. Candidates must indicate the occupation of the legal guardian when submitting information in the registration system.

Note: Candidates are required to prepare relevant materials with complete signatures and seals. The information is complete and clear, otherwise it will affect the evaluation results.

All the above materials must be scanned or photographed (must be clear) and uploaded according to the system requirements. After uploading the scanned application form of University of Science and Technology Beijing's special enrollment plan for colleges and universities in 2022, click "Finish Uploading", and the candidate's status will change from "Application Form to be Uploaded" to "Pending Review (please wait patiently for the school to review)", which is regarded as the candidate's completion of registration. Fourth, review and selection.

The school set up an expert review group to be responsible for the review of special programs in colleges and universities.

On the basis of the examination and approval of the household registration and school registration qualifications by the provincial entrance examination institutions where the students are located, the expert review group conducts a comprehensive review according to the registration conditions, application materials, legal guardian occupation and overall registration, and selects the best candidates.

(2) Publicizing the selected list.

After May 30, 2022, candidates can check the preliminary examination results in the "special type enrollment registration platform". The list of qualified candidates in the preliminary examination will be publicized on the undergraduate enrollment website of our school and the "Sunshine College Entrance Examination" platform of the Ministry of Education, and reported to the provincial enrollment examination institution where the candidates are located for the record. Candidates who have obtained the qualification of the special enrollment plan for colleges and universities in our school should fill in the professional volunteers in the special enrollment plan for colleges and universities published by the "Undergraduate Admissions Network" of our school, and fill in the corresponding batches and related requirements of the "special enrollment plan for colleges and universities" stipulated by the provincial enrollment examination institutions in the place of origin.

Candidates who fail to fill in the college entrance examination volunteers as required are regarded as giving up the enrollment qualification of our special plan and no longer enjoying the relevant admission policies.

The comprehensive reform of majors reported by candidates from all provinces and cities must meet the requirements of corresponding majors (categories) in our school in 2022.

(2) Admission method

Selected candidates are required to participate in the national unified college entrance examination, and the score line for filing shall not be lower than a batch of control scores for undergraduate courses in their provinces. For the provinces that merge undergraduate admission batches, the corresponding minimum admission control scores determined by the corresponding provincial admissions examination institutions shall be implemented.

According to the provincial and professional plans announced by our school, the admission major of the selected candidates is determined according to the relevant provisions in the Charter of Undergraduate Admissions for University of Science and Technology Beijing in 2022, according to the candidates' grades from high to low.

The physical examination standards of each major shall be implemented with reference to the Guiding Opinions on Enrollment Physical Examination of Ordinary Colleges and Universities.

At the time of admission, our school can make appropriate adjustments to the inter-provincial enrollment plan according to the candidates' volunteering for the college entrance examination and the quality of students.
