Frontiers of Architecture Research is one of the leading English academic journals. It is co-sponsored by the Ministry of Education, Higher Education Press Co., Ltd. and Southeast University, published by Higher Education Press Co., Ltd., produced and managed by Elsevier B.V, and published in two forms: online and printed. Founded on 20 12, 1, English quarterly. The editor-in-chief of this journal is Professor Wang Jianguo from the School of Architecture of Southeast University.

This journal is an international academic journal, publishing original research papers, abstracts and case studies, aiming at promoting rapid academic exchanges among scholars, architects and engineers in the field of architecture. Topics covered include but are not limited to: architectural design and theory, architectural technology science, urban planning and design, landscape architecture, architectural renewal and heritage protection. This journal gives priority to publishing papers that use rigorous scientific methods and cutting-edge technologies for research, and also welcomes high-level papers that discuss the social attributes of architecture. All papers will undergo strict peer review and only English submissions will be accepted.
