English band 4 and band 6 issuing units
The issuing authority of CET-4 and CET-6 certificates is the same. The issuing unit is the Higher Education Department of the Ministry of Education, and the entrusting issuing unit is the National College English Test Committee for Band 4 and Band 6.

20 19 10 15, the examination center of the Ministry of Education of China and the British Council for Cultural Education jointly released the research results on the connection between IELTS, Puth test and China English Proficiency Scale in Beijing. The IELTS listening score is 5, that is, it reaches Band 4 of China English Proficiency Scale.

CET-4 and CET-6 are tested twice a year. You can enter the results inquiry system of CET-4 and CET-6 (including oral test) on the website, and enter the admission ticket number and name information of written test or oral test for inquiry.

Certificates are divided into three grades: A, B and C. Those with grades lower than C have no certificates.
