Song Baoan, male, was born in April 1963. Doctor of Science, researcher, doctoral supervisor. He is currently the vice president of Guizhou University, the director of the Key Laboratory of Green Pesticide and Agricultural Bioengineering of the Ministry of Education, and the director of the Key Laboratory of Fine Chemical Industry of Guizhou Province. 1996 was selected as the first-class and second-class talents in the national "100 million talents project" and the first batch of cross-century talents in Guizhou Province.

It has been produced on a large scale in dozens of domestic backbone pesticide companies, which has produced remarkable economic and social benefits and promoted the progress of China's pesticide industry.
