Can college students get married?
College students can get married as long as they reach the legal age. The conditions for college students to register for marriage are as follows:

1, both men and women must marry voluntarily and take control of themselves;

2. Marriage age: 22 years for men and 20 years for women;

3. Neither spouse is unmarried, divorced or widowed;

4. The two sides have no independent suggestion of direct blood relatives and collateral blood relatives within three generations.

The documents required to apply for marriage registration are as follows:

1, my permanent residence booklet, resident Qin Zhamin ID card;

2. I have no spouse;

3. The parties can take photos on the spot by submitting three 2-inch recent half-length bareheaded color photos.

Marriage should be completely voluntary by both men and women, and it is forbidden for either party to force the other, and no organization or individual may interfere. Article 1047

The age of marriage should not be earlier than 22 for men and 20 for women. Article 1049

Both men and women who want to get married should apply for marriage registration in person at the marriage registration office. Those who meet the requirements of this law shall be registered and issued a marriage certificate. The marriage relationship is established when the marriage registration is completed. If the marriage registration is not completed, it shall be re-registered.
