Jin Shen College of Nanjing Audit University is a public and private secondary college approved by Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education in 2002. In 2005, according to the requirements of the Ministry of Education, it was transformed into an independent college. It is an ordinary undergraduate college that focuses on training talents in auditing, accounting, finance and preschool education, and the economy, management, engineering, education and art develop in harmony. The school is located in the scenic Xianlin University Town, with rich cultural atmosphere and convenient transportation, and enjoys high-quality education and teaching resources from Nanjing Audit University and Xianlin University Town.

The school has nearly 8,000 students, more than 600 faculty members and more than 400 teachers, including more than 200 professors and associate professors. Among young teachers, 80% have doctoral and master's degrees. Formed a teaching team with reasonable structure, exquisite business and strong teaching and research strength.

The school recruits students from all over the country, mainly from Jiangsu Province. There are seven secondary colleges, including Accounting and Auditing College, Finance and Economics College, Management College, Information Science and Engineering College, Teacher Education College, Art and Design College and International Business School, and there are 20 undergraduate majors, including auditing, accounting, financial management, finance, insurance, international economy and trade, taxation, business administration, logistics management, administration, asset evaluation, hotel management and engineering management.

The school adheres to the school-running philosophy of "characteristic, application and diversification", with the goal of cultivating applied senior talents with solid theoretical foundation, and adheres to the construction of characteristic majors such as auditing, accounting, finance and preschool education, so as to meet the individualized development needs of students such as further study, postgraduate entrance examination, civil servants and employment through modular teaching.

The school strives to create the most economical international education model. The international business school introduces Singapore teaching management team and international teachers in all directions, and is fully responsible for teaching and student affairs management. 70% of the courses are taught in English by foreign teachers, and 60% of the teachers come from senior executives of well-known Chinese and foreign enterprises. In-depth cooperation with universities such as University of Cincinnati in the United States, St. Mary's University in Canada, Curtin University in Australia, Chartered Institute of Technology in Singapore, Fuqing University in South Korea has built a multi-level international exchange platform for students to go abroad for further study.

Since running the school, the school has continuously optimized the talent training program, and created an "easy-to-find employment audit" with excellent quality of talent training, which has won wide acclaim from the society. Over the years, the school employment rate is above 96%, and nearly 500 graduates go abroad for further study, graduate students and national civil servants. Nearly 40% of the graduates work in the financial system, large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises and foreign-funded enterprises.
