Apply for qualification
(1) Persons who sign up for the national postgraduate entrance examination shall meet the following conditions:
1. People's Republic of China (PRC) citizen.
2. Support the leadership of the China * * * production party, have good moral character and abide by the law.
3. Physical health meets the requirements of the state and our school.
4. The academic level of candidates must meet one of the following conditions:
(1) Undergraduate graduates with nationally recognized academic qualifications (including undergraduate graduates of adult higher education held by ordinary universities, adult universities and ordinary universities) and undergraduates who can graduate through self-study exams and online education. Candidates must obtain a nationally recognized undergraduate diploma or a foreign academic degree certificate issued by the study abroad service center of the Ministry of Education (the specific time limit is stipulated by the admissions unit) before entering the school in that year, otherwise the admission qualification will be invalid.
(2) Persons with a nationally recognized undergraduate degree.
(3) Those who have obtained the college diploma recognized by the state for two years (from graduation to the year of admission, the same below) and above, as well as undergraduate graduates who hold the college diploma recognized by the state, should apply as undergraduate graduates, and candidates must also meet the following conditions: publishing one or more academic papers related to their major (with the top two signatures).
(4) Persons who have obtained a master's or doctoral degree.
Postgraduates must obtain the consent of the training unit before registering.

1. A person who signs up for the entrance examination for postgraduate students majoring in law (illegal) must meet the following conditions:

(2) The major studied before entering the examination is non-law major (graduates of law major [code: 030 1], graduates of law major at junior college level and graduates of self-taught formal law major are not allowed to enter the examination).
2. Persons who sign up for the entrance examination for master of law (Law) shall meet the following conditions:
(1) meets the requirements in the application conditions (1).
(2) The major studied before entering the examination is law (only graduates of law major [code: 030 1], law graduates at junior college level and law graduates in the form of self-study examination can apply for the examination).
3. Those who sign up for the postgraduate entrance examination of master of education and master of physical education in business administration, tourism management and education management must meet the following conditions:
(1) meets the requirements of 1, 2,3 in the application conditions (1).
(2) Persons who have worked for more than 3 years after graduating from university; Or a person who has obtained a diploma or bachelor's degree from a higher vocational college recognized by the state, who has reached the same academic level as a bachelor's degree and has more than 5 years of work experience, and the candidates must also meet the following conditions: publishing one or more academic papers related to the majors they applied for in the national core journals (the top two signatures); Or a person with more than 2 years of work experience after obtaining a master's degree or a doctoral degree.
