"Challenge Cup" China College Students' Entrepreneurship Plan Competition is a leading, exemplary and mass innovation and entrepreneurship competition in extracurricular scientific and cultural activities of college students sponsored by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, China Association for Science and Technology, Ministry of Education and National Federation of Students. It is held every two years.
According to the participants, they are divided into ordinary colleges and vocational colleges. There are five groups: scientific and technological innovation and future industries, rural revitalization and poverty alleviation, urban governance and social services, ecological environmental protection and sustainable development, cultural creativity and regional cooperation.
From March 17 to March 19, 2023, the 13th National Finals of China University Students' Entrepreneurship Plan Competition was held in Beijing Institute of Technology.
The purpose of the contest: to cultivate innovative consciousness, enlighten creative thinking, enhance creative ability and cultivate entrepreneurial talents.

Campus-level preliminaries, provincial semi-finals, national finals. The school-level preliminaries are organized by the school, and students participate extensively, and they are selected to participate in the provincial-level rematch projects. The provincial semi-finals are organized by provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) and selected to participate in the national finals. Experts are hired by the National Organizing Committee to comprehensively evaluate the gold, silver and bronze awards according to the social value, practical process, innovative significance, development prospect and teamwork of the project.
